5th -writing about The Queen's Necklace

Meany  has the Queen'n necklace. He was the  main suspect because He said :" I was at the mall shopping my mom's birthday present"  but when the officer asked about his Mom's birthday Meany answered :" it's on July 28th" it doesn't make sense because it's November. He is telling a lie. there is no alibi.
